You will make tasks and rubrics impossible to misread. Clear instructions are the difference between a model failing the task and failing to understand it.
What you will do
- Editing task instructions and rubrics for ambiguity
- Writing reference answers in plain language
- Reviewing agent explanations for accuracy and completeness
- Flagging instructions that two experts would read differently
Who we are looking for
- Portfolio: Documentation, API references or procedures you wrote
- Clarity: One reading, one interpretation
- Structure: You organise information for someone in a hurry
- Care: You notice the ambiguous word
Credential
Published documentation or API reference work.
Pay
Up to $70 an hour for this role. Each role shows its top hourly rate, from up to $40 for generalist review to up to $300 for portfolio managers. Your starting rate depends on your credentials; sustained quality moves you towards the top rate. Joining the waitlist is not an offer of work; rates are agreed in writing before any project starts.
