Signing in, connecting a profile and verifying your identity happen once and count for every role.
About the role
You will decide whether a strategy’s edge is real. Sizing, drawdown, turnover and costs: the difference between a lucky quarter and a process that repeats.
What you will do
- Defining when a result counts as skill rather than luck
- Writing reference strategies that agents are measured against
- Finding strategies that pass the grader without real edge, and telling us
Who we are looking for
- Track record: Managed capital at a hedge fund, prop firm or bank
- Risk discipline: You size for the drawdown, not the upside
- Scepticism: You distrust a backtest until it survives costs and a withheld period
- Precision: You can turn a judgment into a rule code can check
Credential
Hedge fund or prop PM with a verifiable record.
